Netflix has released the first official teaser for its upcoming Korean romance series, “Lee Doona!“, based on a popular webtoon of the same name.
The story follows an ordinary university student, Won Jun (played by Yang Se Jong), who ends up living in the same share house as a mysterious and eccentric retired K-Pop idol, Lee Doona (played by Suzy).
The teaser shows glimpses of the sweet and heart-fluttering, yet unpredictable romance between Won Jun and Doona.
It also introduces some of the challenges they will face, including Doona’s fear of being hurt again after being burned in the past.
The teaser ends with Doona and Won Jun sharing a kiss, leaving viewers wanting more. “Lee Doona!” is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on October 20, 2023.
