Actor Lee Dong-gun (44) and actress Kang Hae-rim (29) are reportedly dating, and yeah — the 15-year age gap isn’t stopping them.
The two have been spotted out and about in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, holding hands and looking super cozy on their dates — not really trying to hide anything from the public eye, according to a media outlet on the 29th.
Lee Dong-gun’s agency, W PLUS, had this to say: “It is difficult to confirm, since it is a matter of the actor’s private life.” Kang Hae-rim’s label, ANDMARQ, echoed that too, saying, “It is difficult to confirm.”
Lee Dong-gun, born in July 1980, tied the knot with actress Jo Yoon-hee back in 2017. They had a daughter together but ended up divorcing in 2020. He got back into acting in 2023 with the drama Celebrity and even opened a café on Jeju Island last month — which turned a few heads.
Kang Hae-rim, who was born in April 1996, kicked off her career in 2017 with the web drama Idol Fever. She started getting noticed through KBS Joy’s Love Naggers Seasons 2 and 3, where she acted in reenactments in 2019. Her first lead role came in 2022 with the Netflix series Somebody, and just last month, she showed up in director Ha Jung-woo’s film Lobby as Jin Pro.
According to a media outlet, the couple seems totally chill about being seen in public. Fans and onlookers have noticed them enjoying their time together without much care for the attention.
