BTS’s Jungkook Nominated for Best Song, Best K-Pop, and Biggest Fans at 2023 MTV EMA
BTS’ Jungkook has been nominated for three awards at the 2023 MTV Europe Music Awards, including Best Song, Best K-Pop, and Biggest Fans. This is the most nominations for a Korean solo artist in the history of the awards.
Jungkook’s first official solo single, “Seven,” was released in July 2023. The song topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the United States and reached number three on the UK Singles Chart.
Jungkook’s group, BTS, has won the Biggest Fans award at the MTV EMA for five consecutive years, starting in 2018.
TXT, another K-pop group, was also nominated for three awards, including Best K-Pop, Best Push, and Best Group. This is the most nominations for a K-pop group at the 2023 MTV EMA.
Seventeen and New Hope Club were each nominated for two awards, Best K-Pop and Best Group. ENHYPEN and Stray Kids were nominated for Best K-Pop. Blackpink was nominated for Biggest Fans, and aespa was nominated for Best Group.

BTS’s Jungkook will be performing at the MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) 2023 in Paris on November 5th. This is his first time performing at the EMAs as a solo artist.
As Jungkook’s solo album ‘Golden’ will be released on November 3rd, many fans are speculating that he may be performing a new song from the album at the EMAs.
