On August 22, 2023, IU Sends Coffee Truck to Park Seo Joon’s Set for Upcoming Drama “Gyeongseong Creature” Season 2
IU sent Park Seo Joon a coffee truck to support his new drama, Gyeongseong Creature. PSJ posted a video of the truck on his IG Stories, thanking IU and calling her “Somin PD, you succeeded?!” Somin PD is her character from the movie Dream, which they starred in together.
The truck had banners that said “Applause for Gyeongseong Creature team” and “I’m rooting for PSJ and the Gyeongseong Creature team.” IU also wrote an acrostic poem on the cup sleeves that spelled out “Seo Joon joonjal,” which means “freakin talented.”
IU and PSJ are good friends and have been supportive of each other’s careers.
Netflix confirmed that Season 2 is under production and will be released in early 2024. Season 1 is coming in Q4 2023.
