Lee Do Hyun enlisted in the Korean Air Force military band on August 14, 2023. He entered the training center today and will receive basic military training over the next few weeks. After completing basic training, he will be assigned to a unit in the Air Force military band.
Lee Do Hyun held his first solo fan meeting on August 5, 2023, in anticipation of his military service. The fan meeting was titled “2023 Lee Do Hyun Fan Meeting: Beginning” and was held at the Grand Theater of Donghae Culture and Arts Center in Nowon-gu, Seoul.
Lee Do Hyun shared with his fans at his fan meeting that he will be enlisting in the military soon. He said he was happy to serve his country and would return as a healthier and better individual. He also expressed his anticipation of resuming his acting career after completing his military service.
Lee Do-hyun debuted as an actor in the 2017 tvN drama ‘Prison Playbook’. He played the role of young Lee Jun-ho and received praise from critics and viewers. Since then, Lee Do Hyun has starred in several popular dramas, including “Hotel Del Luna,” “18 Again,” and “The Glory.”
