On August 23, 2023, Lee Jung Ha’s agency Namoo Actors officially announced that he would be starring in the upcoming school action drama “One: High School Heroes”
Lee Jung Ha is gonna star in a new school action drama called “High School Heroes”. It’s based on a 2020 webtoon “ONE” (원) written by Lee Eun Jae (이은재), which was the winner of the 2020 Woori Manhwa Award. “High School Heroes” story is about a model student who gets involved in domestic violence and school bullying. He decides to form a group of students to fight against school violence.
Lee Jung Ha will play the main character, Ji Hoon. Ji Hoon is a student who has always focused on his studies. But he’s also a victim of domestic violence and school bullying. When he sees another student being bullied, he decides to take action and form a group of students to fight against school violence.
The drama is directed by Lee Sung Tae. It will have 8 episodes. The filming of “High School Heroes” has already been completed. The drama is currently in post-production, and the broadcast date has not yet been announced.
