TXT Tops Oricon Weekly Album Ranking Again, Partners with LG Twins for Character Merchandise
TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) has once again reached the top of Japan’s Oricon Weekly Album Ranking for the week of August 11–17, 2025. Their 4th full-length album, “The Star Chapter: TOGETHER,” returned to No. 1 despite promotions having officially ended.
The album first debuted at the top in its release week, selling a record-breaking 304,000 copies — the highest first-week sales for the group to date. This comeback to the top of Oricon’s album chart after three weeks underlines TXT’s strong staying power in Japan’s competitive music market.

Since their 2020 release “The Dream Chapter: ETERNITY,” TXT has now earned 12 No. 1 albums on the Oricon Weekly Album chart. From “minisode 2: Thursday’s Child” in 2022 onwards, the group has continued setting records for the most consecutive No. 1 albums by any overseas artist, breaking their own achievements with every comeback.
Meanwhile, TXT is preparing to kick off their 4th world tour, “TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR,” starting with two concerts at Seoul’s Gocheok Sky Dome on August 22–23. The tour will expand to the U.S. with 9 shows across 7 cities beginning September 9 in San Jose, followed by 6 shows in 3 major Japanese cities.
In another major move, LG Twins announced the first-ever professional baseball team collaboration with TXT. The joint project introduces a new line of merchandise featuring the group’s official character, “PPULBATU.” The LG Twins said, “Through this collaboration, we hope to connect more closely not only with baseball fans but also with new fans from various fields.”

The collection blends baseball fan gear with K-pop merchandise, offering items like jerseys, hats, windbreakers, and short-sleeved shirts alongside plush keychains, acrylic keychains, and phone grips. Fans can also find collectible products designed for both stadium use and everyday wear.
The collaboration goods will go on sale from 10 a.m. on August 20 via LG Uplus’s online store “U+콕” and the Weverse “Shop” tab. From August 29, merchandise will also be available at the LG TWINS COLLAB SHOP inside Jamsil Baseball Stadium during home games.
