Actor Ryu Jun-yeol, who remained silent throughout the recent relationship controversy, has resumed his activities. On April 2nd, he uploaded a fashion pictorial featuring himself on his Instagram account, seemingly unfazed by the past events.
The pictorial showcases Ryu Jun-yeol modeling various styles, including suits and leather jackets. Netizens Comments such as “Yes, you have to eat to live too” were posted. Netizens showed various reactions such as “There are times when no response is the best. I respect your choice“, “It’s shameless“, “You’re posting pictures as soon as you break up“.
Dating Rumor, Controversy, and Breakup
Earlier, on March 15th, rumors of Ryu Jun-yeol dating actress Han So-hee surfaced after they were spotted together in Hawaii. Initially, both parties chose to remain private about their relationship status. However, the situation escalated when Hyeri, Ryu Jun-yeol’s ex-girlfriend, posted a cryptic message, “It’s funny,” on the same day.
Accused of being involved in a “Transit love,” Han So-hee denied the claims and later apologized for lashing out at Hyeri. Hyeri, in turn, expressed remorse for causing speculation, stating, “I sincerely apologize for the speculation and controversy that arose from my personal feelings over the past few days.”
The “Transit love” appeared to be resolved with both actresses apologizing. However, the situation further complicated when Han So-hee seemingly reignited the conflict. Shortly after, Han So-hee and Ryu Jun-yeol officially confirmed their breakup. Han So-hee’s agency explained that “both of them realized that they have a bigger role to play as actors” and that they “promised not to wear out their emotions with personal matters any longer.”
