On May 19, Kim Sook dropped a video titled “Tour Actress Ryu Hyun-kyung’s Home. Self-Taught DIY Interior Master?!” on her YouTube channel. She paid a visit to Ryu Hyun-kyung’s house, and the two shared some fun, unexpected moments.
While checking out the place, Kim Sook suddenly noticed something interesting. That’s when Ryu Hyun-kyung said, “This is my family heirloom. You have to handle it very carefully.” Turns out, it was an autographed BTS album signed by none other than Jimin himself, along with a little message from him.
Kim Sook, clearly surprised, asked, “How do you two know each other?” Ryu Hyun-kyung laughed and explained, “I didn’t know him. I’ve always just been a fan. But a drama production company CEO I know got me the autograph.”

Then Kim Sook threw out a bold idea: “Shall I try calling Jimin?” That totally shocked Ryu Hyun-kyung, who replied, “Isn’t Jimin in the military right now? Are you crazy? Can you really talk to him?”
Kim Sook didn’t back down. She flexed a bit, saying, “Everyone can make calls these days. I know Jimin because he appeared on KBS 2TV’s ‘Beat Coin.'” She pulled out her phone and dialed.
Excited, Ryu Hyun-kyung jumped in with her phone and asked, “Can I record a video?” while waiting eagerly for the call to go through.
The call rang for a while… and finally, someone answered. But plot twist—it wasn’t BTS Jimin. It was musical actress Hong Ji-min.

Totally owning the moment, Kim Sook turned to Ryu Hyun-kyung and teased, “What’s wrong? Isn’t it Jimin?” Then she casually told the person on the other end, “Ryu Hyun-kyung is a fan of yours,” and handed over the phone—cue the laughter.
