Park Ji-yoon emerged as one of the recipients of the Tirtir Popularity Award at the 3rd Blue Dragon Series Awards (BSA) held on July 19 at Paradise City in Incheon. The KBS 2TV-televised ceremony was co-hosted by veteran broadcaster Jun Hyun-moo and Girls’ Generation member and actress Im Yoon-ah.
Multiple Stars Take Home Tirtir Popularity Award
Dex, Cho Mi Yeon, Choi Woo-shik, and Park Ji-yoon were all recognized for their popularity with the Tirtir Popularity Award.

Following his win, Dex stated, “I understand this award as a message to come back again next year. I will humbly continue my activities with the knowledge that many people are watching and that I should not make any mistakes.“
Cho Mi Yeon shared her delight: “I am already grateful to be attending this wonderful awards ceremony, and I am also grateful for this great award. I will work harder to become an even better Cho Mi Yeon.“
Choi Woo-shik expressed his joy: “I am so happy, and I want to share this love with all of you, my fans, who gave me this award.“
Park Ji-Yoon Gets Emotional in Acceptance Speech
Park Ji-yoon’s turn at the podium brought a wave of emotion to the ceremony.
“It’s been over 10 years since I’ve been to an awards ceremony,” she remarked. “So, I think it’s thanks to the fans who loved ‘Crime Scene’ and the fans who supported me during my 7-year hiatus.“
Tears welled up in her voice as she continued, “I’m so grateful that I have a fan club after 20 years of my debut. It seems like my friends worked hard for it. I’m so grateful that I think our kids will be proud of their mom today.“
Park Ji-yoon’s return to television this year on the TV Chosun variety show “Now Alone” marked a significant comeback after her publicized divorce from KBS announcer colleague Choi Dong-seok in 2023.
