Girl’s Day Minah and Ohn Joo-wan to Get Married in November
Girl’s Day member Bang Minah and actor Ohn Joo-wan are getting married this November after years of knowing each other.
On July 4, Ohn Joo-wan’s agency, Haewadal Entertainment, told Xportsnews, “Our agency’s actor Ohn Joo-wan, after a serious relationship with actress Bang Minah, has decided to embark on a lifelong journey together this November.”
The wedding will be a private event. “The wedding ceremony will be held privately with only family members and close relatives in attendance, and we ask for your generous understanding regarding the private nature of the event,” the agency added.
They also asked for support from the public. “We ask for your warm blessings and support for the couple as they begin their second chapter as husband and wife.” They noted Ohn Joo-wan would keep working: “Actor Ohn Joo-wan will continue to be active in various projects and show good performances even after marriage.”
The two originally met back in 2016 when they starred in SBS’s drama Beautiful Gong Shim, and reunited in 2021 for the musical The Days. According to reports, their romantic relationship began after working together again on The Days.
Reports also say that Ohn Joo-wan stayed by Minah’s side during a tough time last year after her father passed away.
Minah debuted with Girl’s Day in 2010 and has stayed active in music and acting. She gained lead status through Beautiful Gong Shim and later starred in dramas like My Absolute Boyfriend, Check Out the Event, and Delivery Man.
