South Korean actor Ahn Bo-hyun has been confirmed to star in the upcoming historical romance drama “Hashi’s Shrine.”
On October 12, according to an exclusive report by Star News, Ahn Bo-hyun has been confirmed to star in the new drama “Hashi’s Shrine.”
“Hashi’s Shrine” is a historical romance set in the Joseon dynasty, when King Sejong the Great was in power. It tells the story of Lee Hyang, a genius scientist who loves stars, and Hae-ru, a mysterious woman who can see the future. The two must work together to save the fate of Joseon.
In the drama, Ahn Bo-hyun has been offered the role of Lee Hyang. The script is by Yoon Yi-su, who also wrote the original novel “Hashi’s Shrine” and the drama “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds.”
Ahn Bo-hyun is currently starring in the film “Norigae: Sea of Death,” which is scheduled to be released in December. He is also preparing for the release of the film “2pm Date.”
In August, he officially confirmed his relationship with BLACKPINK member Jisoo. At the time, the two sides said, “We are in the early stages of getting to know each other with good feelings. We would appreciate it if you would watch over the two of us with warm eyes.”
